What is the California law code for the CA booster seat law (8yrs)?

I need to know what the CA booster seat law code is exactly that covers the extesion of Anton's law (this is where CA states that the new law for kids be that they must wear a booster seat if they fail a 5 step test, or are under age 8/80 lbs/or 4" 9"). It was adopted by CA in November 2005. I need the exact penal/civil/vehicle code # that states the law. I have found many carseat links and sites (mainly for carseat laws)but cannot find this exact code for the booster seat law.
