Went to mediation but he sooked and left?

First {{{HUGS}}} I'm sorry you are dealing with such a hard situation. It can be trying. Second, If it were me, I would do a couple of things.... First I would tell him that if he wants to be in her life, fine. If he doesn't, fine. But the back and forth WILL NOT HAPPEN. It is not healthy for his daughter and if she is really what his main concern is, he would realize that and do something about it. I would not nag him at all. Just live your life the way you have been. Let HIM make the moves. I would, however, consult with a lawyer and retain one. This way there is no question when he does some stupid move with the courts.
