Is terraforming the moon a possibility ?

The Moon does not have enough gravity to hold an atmosphere around it even if we were able to create one (which we aren't). Since gravity is determined by the m of the object and we certainly can't increase the m of the Moon, no, terraforming wouldn't work. We do plan to establish a lunar base, but it will have to be enclosed to maintain an atmosphere inside it.
