Looking for really cute dress easy 10 points?

i am a 20 yr old straight mtf crossdresser and i am looking for a really cute dress for my birthday if i find one relatively cheap my girlfriend said she would buy it for me but since i don't dress up in public she wont spend more than $20 on it. i am 5 foot 6 inch tall and weigh 190 lbs im a size 16 if that helps i don't have much time to use the internet anymore so i haven't been able to really search for anything. any help would be great and please no mean comments. thanks everybody
