Jena 6 Agree of Disagree?

Everyone knows about the tree and the noose. The boys geting expelled and coming back in but a huge piece of the puzzle is missing from the noose to the boys beating up that white child. Prior to that fight there was a party and a group of white students atatck a black kid at a party. A bottle was broken over his head and out of the group of white students only one was charged. He was charged with ault and sentanced to a year probation after a racial motivated beating. Soon after this even the black child who got his head busted over with a bottle was being racially taunted by a white student. The 6 boys proceeded to beat the white student uconsious. The black childeren were charged with attempted murder while the only 1 white child was charged with simple asault for the prior incident. This isnt a question of wether the black childeren should be prosecuted. But rather the uneve distribution of justice. Whites get off, while blacks go to prison. Do any of u think this is fair?
