Do you find you have more respect for people who have been highly educated? eg MSc, PhD, MD, JD, LLB?

I wouldn't say I have more respect for them just because they're highly educated. Many of them are incredibly arrogant and look down on other people. At the same time, many of them worked very hard to get where they are, and are generally nice people. On the other side of the coin, many uneducated people are incredibly intelligent, and just never had the chance to be educated. But then again many of them can also be incredibly rude and arrogant because other people look down on them due to their lack of education. So no, I would not say that I give someone more respect based on their education, one way or the other.
