I found the perfect wedding dress...ladies HONEST opinions please...?

i actually found the perfect one and a second choice thing is both of them r the dresses you try on when u shop for one.im on a budget and dont wanna keep it anyway and none rents dresses around here, but the one that is just soooooo wonderful(my 1st pick) is kinda dingy...ok really kinda dingy. just the hem line a little and around the front edges at top.the lady is gonna sell them both for only 275$ and they were originally 800$.so its a f-in deal.but i dont wanna spend the money i saved, on expensive dry cleaning for it.she said steaming will get make it a lil brighter but im sooo undecided.the other dress is cute but its just not THE ONE you know.but everyone thought it looked better but THE ONE is even better. what would u do? any easy cleaning ideas for it? the dingy one has delicate kinda beadwork at the top so she said mayb the cleaners would mess it up or mayb they wont! HELP!!! I want to be practical but i just luv it soo much!
