What should you do if you're attracted to your cousin, whose not a blood relative?

Okay, so my cousin and i have had an ongoing flirtation since we were about 13 and yea that's definitely been an awkward situation at times. However, I am adopted and we have absolutely no blood relation whatsover...so what I'm wondering is how weird is it that we're attracted to one another when we're not really related?
