What should i wear to dress as fleur delacour from harry potter?

im dressing as Fleur for the HP midnight thingy and i need a costume to wear. it doesnt have to be exact just something that looks like what she would wear. if this is too difficult can u suggest another character not many people would dress up as that i could play?
