Poker Help, Need to find a local dealer.?

I am in desparete need of finding a Poker (Texas Hold'em) dealer for a fundraiser on May 23rd. I live in Layton, Utah (half way between Salt Lake City and Ogden) Any suggestions would be great, I am willing to pay, but being that this is a fundraiser the pay will not be much. Thanks
