Nokia 5800 and 5530 freezing problems?

i am considering buying one of these two nokia but in reviews for both of them a lot of the reviewers claim to have freezing problems with the phones. yet when i look at the overall rating on the review website it gets usually 4 or 5 stars so could this just be the minority of people who do get this problem complaing ALOT? does anyone know much about this phone and if i would experience freezing problems and whether it isd worth buying? thanks.
