Need recipe for pistachio, apple, cranberry, bread. Can you help?

Sometime before Christmas or Thanksgiving 2006, my sister purchased a recipe book from the check out stand at the grocery store (she thinks it was Pillsbury). She made a recipe from the book for a quickbread that had pistachios, dried cranberries and apples. It had a glaze on top with additional chopped pistachios. The bread was delicious and we all wanted the recipe. When she went to copy it down for everyone, she had lost the book. She would like to have the recipe back so she can make it again and other members of the family would like to have it too. Does anyone out there have this book and can you help us by sharing the recipe? We would really appreciate this.
