I'm sick of looking chunky! Help?!?

yes, it is sufficient. However, from what I gather from your body type, don't expect to lose the weight in your hips. When the body loses weight, for males the stomach area is last to go, and for women the last area to go is the hips. It's just the physiological conditions. Also, you can't localize or spot reduce any one area, so if you're just looking to lose your hips or something, then you're going to be disappointed. Nevertheless, if you work hard and keep at it, then you'll lose the weight. Just be consistent, don't get discouraged, and you already said you are feeling great, and that's a great benefit, now isn't it?! Don't focus on weight, focus on your health.
