I thought about buyin a bunch of Slim Fast items, like the meal bars and the shakes. Does it taste good/bad? Does it really work? I just need some ideas on how to loose about 10 pounds in two weeks which I know I probably wont be able to do. I've been exercising for 30 mins everyday on a Gazelle and been tryin to keep my calories under 1,000. What kind of things should I eat? Should I exercise more?
