I cannot remember my pword or my original zipcode, i have moved several times?

I have been tryng desparately for 2wks to regain entry to my acct---any ideas where I can turn besides Yahoo? I'm not getting any satisfactory help from them, because they need my pword and I don't remember it. I thought I knew it, but Yahoo is not accepting it.
