Do i have Turrets?Dnt Lgh!?

ok so in the middle of cl i will all the sudden start screaming involentarly at the top of my lungs. i cant control it! and sometimes i even swear at friends and family and in church....i feel bad..and then all the sudden i start smacking my self..and my head starts jerking to the side and i start twitching....so yeah....do u think i may hav turrets and if so...what should i do??? please help me!
