Audiobahn A4KDN with 2 12" Audioque HDC312 wired to 1ohm?

Okay, I'm really frustrated, I Bought a 200 amp HO alt from excessive amperage, My Battery Light Came On Today after Turning up the amp most of the way, Now, With a 200 amp alt (345 Dollars) i would think i should be all set, I have 0/1 Gauge wire running through my car with a Yellow Top Battery, Why Am I having voltage Problems? I don't have a cap, but i did order a 25 farad cap the the other day, HOPEFULLY this makes a differance, The amp is Putting out around 4,000 watts.. The Voltage display on the amp reads 14.7, but when the b pumps it drops down to like 11.7 and thats at full idle.
